Access Email

  1. Use your Spectrum username and password and sign in to the Spectrum.net account.
  2. Click on Envelope icon present at the top-right of your web page.

Sign out of the Email

  • Click on Sign out option present at the upper-right corner of the screen. This will sign you out of Spectrum.net and your Email.

Manage Spectrum Email address/username

Spectrum usernames who have the permissions of Head of Administrator and Household can delete, manage and create mail accounts and usernames.

Spectrum usernames who have the standard permissions can edit and review their password, mail address, and contact information.

  1. Use a username with the permission of Head of Administrator and Household to sign in to Spectrum.net.
  2. Click on the Menu icon at the top left corner of the web page and select Manage Account option.
  3. Click settings and add a user.
  4. Enter the required information.
  5. After creating a password and username on Spectrum.net, you can create an Email account on Spectrum.

To delete a spectrum email address/username:

  1. Use a username with the permission of Head of Administrator and Household to sign in to the Spectrum.net.
  2. Click on the Menu icon at the top left corner of the web page and select Manage Account option.
  3. Click settings and select the user profile that you wish to delete.
  4. Once you open a user profile, click on the Delete user option and confirm.

To edit a profile of Spectrum user:

  1. Click on the Menu icon at the top left corner of the web page and select Manage Account option, and then click Settings.
  2. Choose the user that you wish to edit.
  3. Once you open a user profile, click on Edit option right next to the field that you wish to modify.

Email Controls:

Using email controls, you can block domains or senders, set filters for domains or mail address.

  1. Use a username with the permission of the Head of Administrator and Household to sign in to the Spectrum.net.
  2. Click on the Menu icon at the top left corner of the web page and select Manage Account option.
  3. Click settings and click on the email or username on which you wish to set mail controls.
  4. Scroll to down and go to the email controls, make changes and hit Save.
