Making Payments Online using My Account-

You can pay your bills online by using My Account option with My Account, without spending an extra penny.

Making one-time payment

  1. Sign in to your Spectrum Account by using TWC ID.
  2. Visit Billing section in the My Account tab.
  3. Click on the Pay my Bill option.
  4. Select the One Time for the frequency of your payment.
  5. Choose your payment mode (debit card, credit card or bank account)

To set up a mode for Recurring Payments

  1. Sign in to your Spectrum Account by using TWC ID.
  2. Visit Billing section in the My Account tab.
  3. Click on the Pay my Bill option.
  4. Select the Recurring for the frequency of your payment.
  5. Choose your payment mode (debit card, credit card or bank account)

Making Payments Online using My TWC app-

To make payments using this method, you need to download the TWC app from Google Play or App store on your Android and iOS device.

  1. Install TWC app on your smartphone.
  2. Use your TWC ID to sign in to your TWC account.
  3. Choose Pay Bill from the My Account tab.
  4. To complete your One-time payment, follow the on-screen prompts and instructions.

Making Payments through your Phone-

Use your bank account or credit card option to pay bills as per your convenience.

Tip: Take your printed bill and credit card in your hand while making payments.

  1. Call on 1-855-70-SPECTRUM.
  2. Tell your purpose of calling, i.e. pay my bills.
  3. To complete your payment and transaction, follow the voice-enabled prompts.

Note: Amount of $5 will be charged for this on-call process.

Making Payments using mail option-

You also have the option to complete your payments using a cheque or sending a money order via mail.

Here are some guidelines:

  • For timely processing of payments, mail it to the exact address provided on your bill and don’t forget to use suitable postage.
  • You can write billing statement inside the return envelope or you can mention your account number on the money order or on the cheque.
  • Use a cheque that should be payable to Time Warner. For security reasons, do not send cash using mail.

Making payment using live chat facility-

Note: In order to make payments using live chat option, you must use a computer, payments cannot be accepted on smartphone or tablet.

Tip: Take your printed bill and credit card in your hand while making payments.

  1. Tell the chat agent that you want to make a payment.
  2. Chat agent will provide you a secure form.
  3. Fill important details in the form and send it back to the agent.
  4. You will be given a confirmation number.
  5. This number will initiate the payment process.
